Under Instructions from a Leading Civil and Construction Contractor, Pickles is offering for sale Civil and Construction Earthmoving Equipment.

Buyers can bid from anywhere in Australia exclusively via PicklesONLINE. 

The start time for this auction is Tuesday, 22 October 2024 at 10:00am AWST with the highest bidder determined at the close of bidding on Thursday, 24 October 2024 at 4:00pm AWST.

Viewing Days: By Appointment Only.

Payment: Items are sold on "as is - where is" basis and must be paid for within 24 hours of invoice issued. 

Delivery/Collection Information: All items must be removed within 5 working days after the auction close date. Collection is the responsibility of the buyer and entirely at the expense of the buyer. Any items not collected within this period will incur a storage fee. Full PPE must be worn at time of inspection and load out. Fully paid invoice required for all collections.

Note: The Auctioneer and Seller have warned prospective Buyers, in relation to plant and equipment, that it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that any plant and equipment is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use. ALL transport must be compliant and all (CoR) rules will apply.

WHS Notification: Enclosed footwear must be worn onsite at all times. Entry for inspection/collection will be refused should enclosed footwear not comply.

Additional Note: There are limited loading or lifting facilities available onsite, please ensure adequate transport and/or equipment is arranged prior to collecting. Please refer to individual lot descriptions for collection requirements.
Any items remaining uncollected after the specified timeframe will incur a storage fee or may be deemed abandoned and disposed of.
Asset packaging and removal are the purchasers responsibility in the time frame specified for this sale.
Please be aware during busy periods an extensive wait time should be expected.
Steel cap boots, hard hats, protective eyewear and long sleeved hi viz clothing must be worn at all times when inspecting or collecting goods.
Persons under the age of 16 years will not be permitted onsite.
Tradespeople e.g.; electricians, plumbers etc will be required to produce the relevant licence and show copies of Certificate of Currencies for Workers Compensation and Public Liability Insurances before commencing work on site.
Riggers, Forklift and Crane Drivers etc will be required to produce the relevant license before commencing work on site.
It is a condition of entry to site that all visitors comply with any directions given by Pickles staff or their representatives.
Work carried out on this site must be completed in a manner compliant with all Workplace Health & Safety (Mines) legislation. Safe Work Method Statements will be required to be submitted and approved by Pickles prior to collection.
All power tools and equipment used on site must be tested (tagged) safe for use in accordance with AS3760 service testing and inspection of electrical equipment.
Pickles or their representatives will specify, based on the hazards present on the site, the mandatory personal protective equipment required to be worn prior to approval being given for entry to the site. (e.g.; safety footwear, safety eyewear, hard hats etc).
The use of certified equipment, harnesses, work platforms etc will be required for any work carried out above 1.8 metres.
