Pickles Auctions is offering Expressions of Interest for Lactoferrin processing, Mozzarella Line, Cheddar line, Milk Treatment, Soft Cheese Line, Water Treatment, plus much more 

Please note: Land, Business & IP - All acquisition enquiries in relation to the Jervois and Murray Bridge properties, the business names and other Intellectual Property should be directed to KPMG.

Please carefully read all the attached Terms and Conditions required to be considered for the purchase.

Location: Assets located in Murray Bridge and Jervois, South Australia

Payment: 10% deposit on acceptance of formal offer and payment in full within 5 working days.

Collection: See Terms and Conditions for Loading out requirments
There are limited loading or lifting facilities available onsite, please ensure adequate transport and/or equipment is arranged prior to collecting.  
Asset packaging and removal are the purchasers responsibility in the time frame specified for this sale. 
Steel cap boots, hard hats, protective eyewear and long sleeved hi viz clothing must be worn at all times when inspecting or collecting goods. 
Persons under the age of 16 years will not be permitted onsite. 
Tradespeople e.g.; electricians, plumbers etc will be required to produce the relevant licence and show copies of Certificate of Currencies for Workers Compensation and Public Liability Insurances before commencing work on site. 
Riggers, Forklift and Crane Drivers etc will be required to produce the relevant license before commencing work on site. 
It is a condition of entry to site that all visitors comply with any directions given by Pickles staff or their representatives. 
All power tools and equipment used on site must be tested (tagged) safe for use in accordance with AS3760 service testing and inspection of electrical equipment. 
Pickles or their representatives will specify, based on the hazards present on the site, the mandatory personal protective equipment required to be worn prior to approval being given for entry to the site. (e.g.; safety footwear, safety eyewear, hard hats etc). 
The use of certified equipment, harnesses, work platforms etc will be required for any work carried out above 1.8 metres. 

Terms and Conditions:
All persons submitting an expression of interest are required to fill out this EOI form with details of their offer. The vendor is open to offers before the EOI closing date and may be sold prior to closing date.

This EOI is GST Exclusive.
