Description/Listing of Assets

Pickles Auctions is offering Expressions of Interest for Fixed Plant Assets & Structures.

Please carefully read all the attached Terms and Conditions required to be considered for the purchase.

Payment: Items are sold on “as is – where is” basis and must be paid for within 24 hours of invoice issued.

Collection: Assets to be demobed by Vendor upon confirmation of sale and then delivered to Dampier Supply Base or Perth Supply Base case by case pending buyer location and offer. Once advised of delivery to Supply Base, 21 days will be allocated for buyer to collect after which storage fees will be applied. 

Note: The Auctioneer and Seller have warned prospective Buyers, in relation to plant and equipment, that it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that any plant and equipment is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use. ALL transport must be compliant and all (CoR) rules will apply.

Terms and Conditions:
All persons submitting an expression of interest are required to fill out this EOI form with details of their offer. The vendor is open to offers before the EOI closing date and may be sold prior to closing date.
