Pickles Auctions is offering Expressions of Interest for 07/2018 Lyroad ELB800 Asphalt Mixing Plant.
Please carefully read all the attached Terms and Conditions required to be considered for the purchase.
Payment: Payment must be finalised within 24 hours of the sale closing or your invoice may be cancelled at Pickles sole discretion.
Collection: Assets are sold as pick up only and must be collected by buyer. Collections available by appointment only..
Additional Information: Any items remaining uncollected after the specified timeframe will incur a storage fee or may be deemed abandoned and disposed of.
Asset packaging and removal are the purchasers responsibility in the time frame specified for this sale.
Please be aware during busy periods an extensive wait time should be expected.
Enclosed footwear must be worn at all times when inspecting or collecting goods.
Persons under the age of 16 years will not be permitted onsite.
Tradespeople e.g.; electricians, plumbers etc will be required to produce the relevant licence before commencing work on site.
Riggers, Forklift and Crane Drivers etc will be required to produce the relevant license before commencing work on site.
It is a condition of entry to site that all visitors comply with any directions given by Pickles staff or their representatives.
Work carried out on this site must be completed in a manner compliant with all Workplace Health & Safety legislation.

All persons submitting an expression of interest are required to fill out this EOI form with details of their offer. The vendor is open to offers before the EOI closing date and may be sold prior to closing date.
