Pickles Auctions is offering Expressions of Interest for a Bucyruc BE1370 Walking Dragline.

Please carefully read all the attached Terms and Conditions required to be considered for the purchase.

Payment: Assets are  sold on “as is – where is” basis  with all faults if an and must be paid for within 48 hours of invoice issued. 

Collection: Dismantling, Crane hire is at the buyers cost. Induction process to work on site if successful. Approved contractors must be used.

Additional Information: The Auctioneer and Seller have warned prospective Buyers, in relation to plant and equipment, that it is the Buyer's or User's responsibility to ensure that any plant and equipment is brought to a safety standard necessary to comply with any Act or Regulation before use. ALL transport must be compliant and all (CoR) rules will apply.
