The start time for this auction is Tuesday, 26 November 2024 at 9:00am AEDT with the highest bidder determined at the close of bidding on Thursday, 28 November 2024 at 6:00pm AEDT.

Viewing: Tuesday 26th & Wednesday 27th November 2024 8am - 4pm.
Payment: Payment must be finalised within 24 hours of the sale closing or your invoice may be cancelled at Pickles sole discretion.
Delivery/Collection Information: Assets are sold as pick up only and must be collected by the buyer. Collections available Friday, 29th November to Friday, 13 December 2024, from 8:00am to 4:00pm (weekdays only). Please note Load Carrying Vehicles (LCVs) using 4 axles (or higher) or that weigh over 49 tonne loaded require a Oversize Overmass (OSOM) Permit to drive on Range Rd. Buyers are responsible to ensure they / their transporter knows their vehicle mass loaded and obtain the required Oversize Overmass (OSOM) Permit from the Authority before arriving to site at Range Road to collect. Failure to comply with required permits will result in your transport being refused entry to the site.
Note: Please ensure adequate transport and/or equipment is arranged prior to collecting. Any items remaining uncollected after the specified timeframe will incur a storage fee or may be deemed abandoned and disposed of.
Asset packaging and removal are the purchasers responsibility in the time frame specified for this sale.
Please be aware during busy periods an extensive wait time should be expected.
Enclosed footwear must be worn at all times when inspecting or collecting goods.
Persons under the age of 16 years will not be permitted onsite.
Tradespeople e.g.; electricians, plumbers etc will be required to produce the relevant licence and show copies of Certificate of Currencies for Workers Compensation and Public Liability Insurances before commencing work on site.
Riggers, Forklift and Crane Drivers etc will be required to produce the relevant license before commencing work on site.
It is a condition of entry to site that all visitors comply with any directions given by Pickles staff or their representatives.
Work carried out on this site must be completed in a manner compliant with all Workplace Health & Safety legislation.
All power tools and equipment used on site must be tested (tagged) safe for use in accordance with AS3760 service testing and inspection of electrical equipment.
Pickles or their representatives will specify, based on the hazards present on the site, the mandatory personal protective equipment required to be worn prior to approval being given for entry to the site. (e.g.; safety footwear, safety eyewear, hard hats etc).
The use of certified equipment, harnesses, work platforms etc will be required for any work carried out above 1.8 metres.
