Under Instructions from Receivers & Managers MCN in the Matter of Kalium Lakes Potash Pty, Pickles is offering for sale 54 x Ensuited 4 x person rooms, medical room, hydration room, toilet blocks, Wet Mess, 2 x Kohler KV440C2 Generators.

The start time for this auction is Thursday, 17 October 2024 at 3:00pm AWST with the highest bidder determined at the close of bidding on Monday, 21 October 2024 at 3:00pm AWST.

Delivery/Collection Information: Collection by appointment only - an email will be sent to all successful buyers outlining Work Health and Safety Requirements for this mine site. There are no loading or lifting facilities available onsite, please ensure adequate transport and/or equipment is arranged prior to collecting.  Any items remaining uncollectioned after the specified timeframe will incur a storage fee or may be deemed abandoned and disposed of.  Asset packaging and removal are the purchasers responsibility in the time frame specified for this sale. Steel cap boots, hard hats, protective eyewear and long sleeved hi viz clothing must be worn at all times when inspecting or collecting goods. Persons under the age of 16 years will not be permitted onsite. Tradespeople e.g.; electricians, plumbers etc are required to hold relevant licence and Certificate of Currencies for Workers Compensation and Public Liability Insurances before commencing work on site. Riggers, Forklift and Crane Drivers etc will be required to have relevant license before commencing work on site. Work carried out on this site must be completed in a manner compliant with all Workplace Health & Safety (Mines) legislation.  All power tools and equipment used on site must be tested (tagged) safe for use in accordance with AS3760 service testing and inspection of electrical equipment. The use of certified equipment, harnesses, work platforms etc will be required for any work carried out above 1.8 metres. The site must be left in a state that is safe to humans and animals, with all potential sources of pollution from any mining plant, including hydrocarbons and chemical reagents ,also removed. The successful purchaser must provide the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DEMIRS) with a schedule of proposed works, contact information for all parties involved in the maintenance and removal of the mining plant, and a regular report on the progress of these activities.

WHS Notification: Enclosed footwear must always be worn onsite. Entry for inspection/collection will be refused should enclosed footwear not comply.
