Overseas Buyer

Follow these easy steps:

1. Start by creating an account at https://www.pickles.com.au/sign-in
2. Enter your name, email and accept the terms and conditions
3. You will receive an email to finalise verification
4. Enter the required payment information in the 'Billing' tab
5. Email your full name, email, mobile, address, and a copy of your passport and drivers license to MyPicklesIntoUpdate@pickles.com.au
6. You will be conctacted within 24 hours to verify the account

As an overseas buyer, there is a manual verification process that needs to be conducted by Pickles staff before your account setup can be completed. Please allow up to 24 hours for this process to be completed.

Unfortunately, international shipping is unavailable, and customers are required to make their own shipping arrangements.

Will you be exporting your purchase? If so, we will need to notify our finance team of this so they can update the buyer invoice. You will be charged a $220 Export Admin Fee and our team will reach out with additional documentation.

Their contact email is GSTrefunds@pickles.com.au​. GST is included in the purchase price as it is also included in the fees associated with a successful purchase. The GST component will be broken down for the successful purchaser in full on the tax invoice provided. There are some assets that are GST not applicable and they will be identified on the website as “GST Not Applicable”.

You will be charged the GST initially but after the appropriate documentation is sent through, we can refund you the amount. The purchase also has to be exported within 60 days which is our ATO timeframe in order to receive the refund.

To pay from an international account you will need our SWIFT/BIC Code. It is: ANZBAU3MXXX.
