The best way to pay for your purchase is via direct debit transfer. You can also pay by a direct deposit at an ANZ bank. It is best to put your invoice number as the reference when you complete the transfer. Once you have paid, please email your bank remittance with your invoice number and client ID to remittance@pickles.com.au. Once funds have cleared and been applied to your account, you will be able to collect your purchase.
Unfortunately, you are unable to collect your purchases until they are all fully paid for. When you have paid your invoice in full and you have the zero-balance invoice, then you will be able to collect your purchases. If you have any invoice queries, please email us on info@pickles.com.au
Fees can be found on our website and must be paid within 24 hours of the auction concluding. Fees vary between branches, make sure to select the hosting branch when seeking fee information.
At each auction, a deposit percentage or amount is set. For example, a $1,000.00 deposit is required for general car sales, $1,000.00 for prestige car sales and 10% for computers. Most salvage, truck, machinery or earthmoving plant equipment auctions also require a deposit of $1,000.00. Make sure that you are aware of the amount of money you will need before bidding at an auction. The deposit secures the item that you have successfully bid on. Deposits must be paid via the credit card you nominated and verified when creating your MyPickles account. You can change this credit card on your My Pickles profile before bidding.
