To create a MyPickles account, go to this link. To get started bidding and shopping on our website, we need you to complete a few steps like updating your profile with billing and identification details.

No! There is no cost associated with registering an account with MyPickles. The only "fee" you can expect is a $1 authorisation charge on your credit or debit card to verify your account. This amount does not get taken out of your bank account.

To participate in auctions you must verify your identity. If you are in Australia, we require your mobile phone number and a government issued ID, such as your driver licence.

  • Copy of your non-Australian driver's licence, passport, or government issued identity card

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your email address due to it being used as your digital identity.

To work around this, you will have to create a second account. Once it is fully verified (the tasks on the dashboard are done), it will merge in our system and you will only have the one Client Number.

Identities on MyPickles accounts can not be altered once set up. If an individual is requiring their own account they will need to set up an account with their own User Login and details. They are non-transferable and are legally binding by the terms and conditions of your account and purchase terms.

Alternatively, you can update your billing email for where your invoices are sent on our website in the profile section of your account or you can email MyPicklesInfoUpdate@pickles.com.au who can assist you with making this change.

In the case of an invoice being issued and a purchase already made, transfer of name can be made at the RMS or transport service department in your state with no additional transfer fee, please contact the appropriate department of transport for these details.

A Saved Search stores your filtered searches on the Pickles website. This helps us alert you when new items arrive that match your criteria. For example, if you search for a 2016-19 model Holden Colorado vehicle located in NSW, you can click the Save Search button at the top and we will notify you of any vehicles that match these filters.

You can find your Saved Searches in your MyPickles account. Look for the 'Heart' icon on the top menu. Your Saved Searches will be active in your account for 28 days. You can cancel alerts at any time, and review the alerts you have created from within MyPickles.

  1. Firstly, you will need to create a MyPickles account.
  2. You can then log in, and your username will appear next to the heart & magnifying glass icons at the top right of the page.
  3. In the drop down menu, choose “Subscriptions”
  4. Select your state and your interests. You can select as many as you like from these options
    • Motor Vehicles
    • Salvage
    • Industrial
    • General Goods – inc. Recreational, Marine, General Goods & IT
    • Agricultural

Then you'll receive email updates with the relevant auction information.
You can cancel subscriptions at any time, and review the subscriptions you have created from within MyPickles.

That's ok! The only difference is that your profile will have to be manually verified. This can take up to 1 to 2 business days to complete.

  1. Create your MyPickles acccount
  2. Enter your personal details and accept the terms & conditions and privacy policy. Once completed, you will receive an email to start the verification process
  3. Click on the 'Billing' tab under your account and enter all of the required information
  4. To complete your verified account, please email MyPicklesInfoUpdate@pickles.com.au with your full name, email address, mobile number, address and a copy of your passport
  5. A Pickles staff member will be in contact within 1 business day to verify your account. Once verified, you can then participate in any of our auctions

If you would like to close or delete yor MyPickles account, please email support@pickles.com.au with your full name, email address, phone name and request.

From your MyPickles account, you can track and complete your whole journey buying and selling at Pickles! You can get alerts when an asset matching something your searching for goes on sale. You can purchase anything at auction without constantly needing to re-enter your details. You can even see your purchase history and whether you've won an item.

Everything you will ever need, from when your buying at auctions to receiving your invoices, is all at your fingertips with MyPickles!

Yes, you can! When filling in the "Profile Info" section during the account creation process, there will be an option for you to buy as an individual or business. This way, you have an account more suited to your needs.
