Unfortunately, we are unable to change your email address due to it being used as your digital identity.
To work around this, you will have to create a second account. Once it is fully verified (the tasks on the dashboard are done), it will merge in our system and you will only have the one Client Number.
Identities on MyPickles accounts can not be altered once set up. If an individual is requiring their own account they will need to set up an account with their own User Login and details. They are non-transferable and are legally binding by the terms and conditions of your account and purchase terms.
Alternatively, you can update your billing email for where your invoices are sent on our website in the profile section of your account or you can email MyPicklesInfoUpdate@pickles.com.au who can assist you with making this change.
In the case of an invoice being issued and a purchase already made, transfer of name can be made at the RMS or transport service department in your state with no additional transfer fee, please contact the appropriate department of transport for these details.
